UNICEF's CONVENTION'S BREACH
The UN's Convention On The Rights Of The Child says "by reason of his physical and mental immaturity, needs special safeguards and care, including appropriate legal protection BEFORE as well as after birth" as written up in paragraph nine of its preamble.
THE TRUTH ABOUT IVF DOCTORS
They make up ivf as they go along, though they may be well-meaning, and see this blog as news to them, otherwise there would be no total failures, or multiple births, or birth defects (please see 3 and 4 sub-heads down) yet they charge £20,000 = $70,000 + overall.
Alas scientists work in probabilities, lacking 100% certainty, and if your not sure ask a few. The fanfare over womb transplants is a good example of commercialisation; style over substance because there have been no successful embryo-producing rabbits, let alone humans. Too, there is no child-friendly intent in babies made without any adults at all which is the fertility industry's new idea. Both breach the UNCRC. Epigenics (from the Greek word epigene, meaning born after or grown after, according to the Random House dictionary) break the UNCRC further.
THE TRUTH ABOUT FERTILITY "LAWYERS"
They set up incest in law (blatantly illegal!) working mostly in the US, because if two ivf-sufferers whose backgrounds are kept secret due to dishonest birth certificates, but who share the same donor, fall in love, hot up and thus spontaneously make love and then make a baby, then - well, here is the consequence of incest.
This hazard worsens when siblings, or indeed any people on the ivf-donor/vendor side of the family like the look of an ivf-made individual (or indeed if an ivf-made individual likes the look of them) but are related. Donor or vendor anonymity/absence enshrined in law generates all this, making it a bad law, but currently the fertility industry's legal arm show no sign of acting in the child's best interests. We live in hope.
AN INTRODUCTION TO IVF SUFFERING
In reality, we don't think that any donors or adults (LGBTQ or straight) thinking of ivf would go near the fertility industry or non-commercial ivf if they really knew of the depths of "anguish" as the ivf-sufferers themselves say ivf brings.
The Internet makes common knowledge of ivf suffering available and poor people don't get upset if they don't get pregnant. Please read, in the paragraph below, some quotes from DonorMisconception, the ivf-sufferers' on-line forum. At this site's end there are more quotes, as well as the ivf-sufferers' site listed under the subhead title Tangled Webs Speak Out. Or read a bit from DonorMisconception just below. Both lobbies are the result of adults having children by any old stranger and then burdening these children with their issues -

A THERAPIST TALKS ABOUT IVF SUFFERING
Nancy Verrier's book, written as she puts it if "for those with inauthentic backgrounds" is called Coming Home To Self and so-named because the ivf-made (and adoptees) make a false self in order to fit in with their non-natural family. She makes a key point, quoting the Human Genome Project who say "no longer is nature or nuture, but nature via nurture" She also writes "don't get me started - those surrogacy agencies and donor-programmes aren't there for the sake of the child!" No amount of love takes away the need for honest birth certificates. One rule for all - to avoid useless medical records and incest hazards.

The ivf-made children are not just half ivf-gametes - because without these gametes/sperm/eggs, or entire embryos, there'd be no children at all, more crucially, if you don't like what they say, that doesn't make the words less true.
